The Annual Purple Heart Banquet takes place each year on the first Saturday in August at Richland Creek Community Church. Hosted by the Wake Forest Purple Heart Foundation, the Banquet takes place the week of National Purple Heart Day and is free to Purple Heart recipients and their families. The Banquet is also open to all Veterans, military families and members of the community.

A refreshingly patriotic evening, each year’s Banquet includes entertainment, patriotic tributes and a catered meal. Each year, more than 50 Purple Heart recipients are honored. Mark your calendar and make your plans now!
